ESGE endorsement requirements

Please agree to all of the following requirements*

1. The programme is educational and not designed for commercial purposes.

2. The event lasts at least one day.

3. The event takes place at least three months from today.

4. The role of Digestive Endoscopy must be prominent among the topics under discussion.

5. Endorsement applies only to this single event.

6. The finances are the full responsibility of the organizers and ESGE assumes no financial responsibility for the event.

7. The ESGE logo will be used in accordance with the ESGE format guidelines.

8. Any publications using the ESGE logo will be provided to ESGE for review prior to printing and distribution.

9. We agree to the fee of € 1000 for ESGE endorsement. This includes usage of the ESGE logo plus announcements in the journal Endoscopy and on the ESGE website.

10. We agree to at least 20% fee reduction to ESGE individual members for participating in our event.

11. If live demonstration is broadcast during the event, the organizers agree to complete the ESGE Live Endoscopy Event questionnaire.

In case of a virtual/web-based meeting, a link to the ESGE website and/or an on-line booth (communicating ESGE membership benefits) will be provided
The showing of an infomercial, projected at least twice a day during the course, promoting ESGE membership and initiatives will be allowed
The organizers will request that their participants complete the ESGE Live Endoscopy Event questionnaire
The organizers agree to provide ESGE formal feedback from delegates within three months of course completion, including an assessment of the course objectives. If live endoscopy was performed, information regarding adverse events must be included in the feedback (the data to be collected will be sent by the ESGE secretariat)
